She graduated from the Hertfordshire UK and is a postgraduate from the City, University of London. She currently progressing towards her PhD from the University of London. Bharulata is a former officer of the Central Government of UK. Her leadership, skills and art in influencing people made her a leader of the public and commercial service union for government officers, UK, during her employment within UK government.
Bharulata has years of administrative and management experience. She has excellent skills in business planning and management and is routinely involved in initiating, planning and executing end-to-end design and delivery of projects within her own business. Her experience also includes; providing delivery updates to business sponsors, supporting business areas in receiving change, liaising with the change agents and functions embedded within the business areas, coaching and developing business areas on methods and best working practices. She has excellent skills in creating business benefit realisation plans on behalf of sponsors as well as undertaking scoping studies for foggy projects, to firm up scope, approach and estimates.
