Mrs Bharulata Kamble<\/p><\/blockquote>

Bharulata is the brain behind this project. She is a rare example of non-medico actively involved in medical research and publications. With her keen interest Bharulata has been involved in many medical research projects with her husband over the years.\u00a0 She has worked closely in setting up hospitals with doctors and medical professionals. Even though not formally trained in the medical field, Bharulata has profound knowledge in this field as well as enthusiasm to make a difference in the society through the field of medicine.

She graduated from the Hertfordshire UK and is a postgraduate from the City, University of London. She currently progressing towards her PhD from the University of London. Bharulata is a former officer of the Central Government of UK. Her leadership, skills and art in influencing people made her a leader of the public and commercial service union for government officers, UK, during her employment within UK government.<\/h5>

Bharulata has years of administrative and management experience. She has excellent skills in business planning and management and is routinely involved in initiating, planning and executing end-to-end design and delivery of projects within her own business. Her experience also includes; providing delivery updates to business sponsors, supporting business areas in receiving change, liaising with the change agents and functions embedded within the business areas, coaching and developing business areas on methods and best working practices. She has excellent skills in creating business benefit realisation plans on behalf of sponsors as well as undertaking scoping studies for foggy projects, to firm up scope, approach and estimates.<\/h5>

Bharulata is experienced in delivering transformational change including cultural and behavioural change and has substantial knowledge of budget management and control including excellent sponsor management and influencing skills. She possesses commercial knowledge and acumen utilised to appropriately influence and shape project direction and is able to formulate solutions based on good practice and previous experience. Bharulata has substantial knowledge and understanding of wider change management methodologies, tools and techniques and is experienced in coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
